Mada Real Estate carries out several specialized works in the real estate field, such as real estate consultancy and investments, off-plan sales, residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing in Saudi Arabia and abroad, as well as real estate property management.
When we launched Mada Real Estate, we were keen to be more distinguished and different, to be the marketer and the first real estate investor, and the reference for investors, developers and buyers, so we devise new marketing methods, and ways that are completely different from what is in practice.
And because we know the extent of the local and external market need for our field, and the large demand for ownership and internal and external investment, we in Mada Real Estate expanded until we reached the UAE and established our second branch in Dubai, to cover the requirements of the real estate market there.
